/ QualificationEssential Qualification:PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field, with a thesis in turbomachinery, rotordynamics, or a related area.Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis may also apply.Exceptional MS/MTech graduates with at least 3 years of turbomachinery design experience in industry or a national laboratory may be considered at the Senior Project Engineer level.Demonstrated expertise in at least one of:Turbomachinery aerodynamic design and CFDRotordynamics and bearings for high-speed rotorsExperimental turbomachinery and rig designWorking proficiency in Python or an equivalent programming language.Experience with at least one
